ABOUT TNET

"Training Network (T-Net) Philippines Inc is a non-profit religious training organization that helps equip pastors and churches to finish the Great Commission in their respective region, province, barangay, and neighborhood. This is to be accomplished by revitalizing and planting disciplemaking churches."

PROFILE

The Training Network (T-Net) was founded in 1991 in Colorado, USA by Dr. Bill Hull. It began with a vision to instruct North American churches in discipleship. It then quickly grew into an international mission organization committed to training pastors who have little-to-no access to training in making disciples and planting churches.

Today, The 'T' in T-Net stands for "Teleo"- a Koine Greek word which means to bring to a close, to finish, or complete, or fulfill a command. This aptly represents the mission of T-Net to FINISH the GREAT COMMISSION in every country in the world.

T-Net provides an accredited modular extension program supported by Teleo University in Minnesota, USA. Each of the ten sequential 40-hour modules are taught by seasoned practitioners every four months. Trainers will also coach their students on how to effectively implement the T-Net program in their respective ministries, to revitalize their church into disciple-making, planting other disciple-making churches, and eventually training other pastors to do the same. Generations of pastors are trained until the Great Commission is finished in their region and work begins in another country.

Training Network Philippines Inc is formed to manage the T-Net program in the country. Its leadership board is made up of T-Net trainers and graduates. To date, T-Net Philippines supervises four (4) generations of trainees spread across 29 centers throughout the Philippines, with more than 500 pastors and leaders from various denominations undergoing training, united by the passion of Finishing the Great Commission in the Philippines.

Our Mission, Vision and Strategy

T-Net's Mission is to coach pastors and church leaders to finish the Great Commission in their congregations, regions and in every country in the world.

Our Vision is to establish an indigenously led and funded, disciple-making, church planting, and revitalization movement in each of the countries of the world, and to coach them until the Great Commission is finished.

Our strategy is:

  1. to fill every neighborhood with disciple-making churches,
  2. personally invite every person to receive Christ,
  3. and nurture every willing convert in an ongoing disciple-making process by:

This is accomplished by working through our 5 strategic objectives:

#1: GC Training Saturation:
Equip and empower willing local pastors to create a multiplying, disciple-making, church planting, and revitalization movement in your adopted area.

#2 Church Saturation:
Fill every neighborhood with disciple making churches.

#3 Evangelism Saturation
Invite every person to receive Christ.

#4 Disciple Making Saturation:
Nurture every willing believer (new convert and church member) in an ongoing disciple-making process.

#5 GC Training Expansion:
Take Project Zero to another region or country beyond your adopted area.

Our Core Values

1. Trainer Practitioners:
Deploying only trainer-coaches who seek to model with integrity (in their churches and lives) all the principles of disciple making that we teach.

2. Sequential Disciple Making:
Training/coaching church leaders to intentionally define and produce a comprehensive product (the disciple) including “All” that Jesus commanded.

3. Whole-Church Disciple-Making:
Training/coaching church leaders to use every ministry in their church to work together to produce the disciple Jesus specified.

4. Revitalizing Churches:
Training/coaching church leaders in such a way that almost all of them can effectively produce a measurable systemic change in local churches resulting in measurable life change in individual church members.

5. Transferability:
Providing training/coaching in such a way that it is transferable and can be multiplied from leader to leader and from church to church.

6. Excellence in Training:
Providing training/coaching of the highest quality possible in a given locale.

7. Training Faithful Disciple Makers:
Using training/coaching approaches that reach the greatest number of churches willing to go “all the way” in becoming disciple making churches.

8. Train to Finish:
Training/coaching churches to not just to work at, but to “finish” the Great Commission.

9. Begin where Fruitful:
Focusing our ministry resources where the Holy Spirit provides the most fruit.

10. Coaching:
Using the dynamic of coaching, not just training, so that most leaders are equipped to succeed and multiply themselves.
