T-Net Endorsement

T-Net Philippines is locally registered as Training Network Philippines Inc. Our organization was established to take charge in the propagation, administration, and management of Training Centers in the country. We also coordinate with T-Net International, the Creator and Owner of the T-Net Training Program, and Teleo University- the institution that provides us with accredited degrees.

T-Net Philippines carries the banner of "Project Zero", with the aim that there will be zero barangays in the Philippines that haven't been transformed by the gospel. This is what we hope to achieve as we train pastors to revitalize and plant disciple-making churches throughout the country.

Message from our Country Director

Dear Partners and Friends,

We praise God for His divine appointment, allowing us to be the conduit for the T-Net Program in our country, and by the grace of God...to more countries in Asia within the next two decades. T-Net's strategic thrust is to finish the Great Commission by revitalizing churches towards intentional disciple-making and planting other disciple-making churches, until each neighborhood becomes saturated with disciple-making churches, and the Great Commission is finished in that country.

We are excited to meet like-minded co-workers who carry the passion for the mandate of Jesus to make disciples of all nations. I sincerely believe that every pastor who joins T-Net will value the learning and the tools that they will receive to effectively develop their entire church laity to become active in sharing the gospel, serving the body, discipling others and equipping workers for the harvest.

On behalf of all the more than 500 members of T-Net Philippines composed of leaders, pastors, trainers and students, we invite you to join our quest of returning our churches and denominations back to our biblical disciple-making roots patterned after the life and ministry of Jesus- making disciples and planting churches wherever He leads. Rest assured, we will be with you and your church throughout this journey of obeying the mandate of Jesus as He empowers us to accomplish His will.

Do pray for the steady growth of this ministry as we recruit, train and coach more pastors to become effective disciple-making leaders and mobilizers for our country.

Sincerely Yours,

REV. LEO JAIME SON

According to T-Net, how can the Great Commission be finished?

Project Zero will be considered finished when four things become a reality in a given region:

  1. Critical Mass: An effective, disciple-making church of 100 (or two disciple-making churches of 50) for every 1,000 people.
  2. Proximity: An effective, disciple-making church within easy travel distance of every person in an area- say within five kilometers. This proximity is necessary to reach every person.
  3. Magnetism: An effective, disciple-making church in which every kind of person can belong and feel welcome. Every kind of person includes the wealthy, poor, urban, village people, and various tribes, language groups and even foreign-born citizens.
  4. Steady Growth: The effective, disciple-making churches produce conversion growth several times faster than the population growth.

These Four Realities Should Produce Three Results:

  1. Every neighborhood is filled with disciple-making churches
  2. Every person has been personally invited to receive Christ
  3. Every willing convert is nurtured in an ongoing disciple-making process

What makes an effective disciple-making church?

Here are T-Net’s Five Marks of an Effective Disciple Making Church

  1. An effective disciple-making church has a written plan (recipe) for making a disciple. This plan is a written description of the process for making a disciple and a list of biblical disciple-making objectives.
  2. An effective disciple-making church has an effective conversion growth rate, far above the population growth rate of their region (5% to 50%). This is at least 5% for the Philippines.
  3. In an effective disciple-making church, 60%–75% of church attendees also attend an intentional disciple-making small group, or have a one-on-one meeting with a disciple-maker each week.
  4. In an effective disciple-making church, 20%–45% of their attendees “graduate” to the next level of maturity each year.
  5. Finally, an effective disciple-making church consistently makes other disciple-making churches, by planting them or revitalizing existing churches.

T-Net’s commitment is that pastors are equipped and coached until all these 5 marks are realized and accomplished.

Who is T-Net for?

A group of people sitting around a table at a conference.

Our programs are specifically designed for pastors and church leaders who desire to develop a disciple-making ministry paradigm by:

  1. Revitalizing their present church (where majority of members are in disciple-making small groups),
  2. Equipping lay leaders to become effective disciple-making small group leaders,
  3. Restructuring the church programming to effectively support disciple-making, as well as
  4. Planting disciple-making churches in other barangays where there are no disciple-making church present

Every T-Net Student must have:

  1. The support of their local church leadership to fully implement the T-Net program and principles within their churches.
  2. Lay leaders who are willing and committed to be trained to plant house churches wherever the Lord leads.
  3. Permission to train other pastors and churches in the T-Net Program in order to contribute to the wider body of Christ and finish the Great Commission.
